Estabrook House

We hope your stay as a guest in our home provides the most relaxing and enjoyable start and end to each day while you are visiting Vermont and the St. Johnsbury area.

Our nightly rate is based on two people per room and includes breakfast and afternoon/evening refreshments. While we generally require a two-night minimum stay during weekends, holidays, and other peak periods, occasionally one-night stays are available. Please call or email to check availability. All room rates and services are subject to Vermont State taxes. No service charge is added to your bill.

POLICIES

Please note that our reservation and cancellation policy is a vital part of the management of a small bed and breakfast. Don't hesitate to call for a last minute getaway to see if we have a room for you!

Reservation Policy: In order to guarantee a reservation, a deposit equal to fifty percent of your total stay is required. You may secure your room using a credit card for deposit which is processed at the time your reservation is made.

Cancellation: If you should need to cancel or shorten your reservation, we will be glad to return your deposit, less a 10% processing fee, provided at least 21 days notice is given. With less than 21 days notice, your deposit, less fees, will be refunded when the room that was reserved for you is rebooked.  

Payments: We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover as settlement.

Arrival Time: You may check in between 3 PM and 6 PM. If you find that your arrival time may be earlier or later please let us know in advance so that we can make arrangements to assure you a warm and personal welcome.

Departure Time: In order to have the accommodations ready on time for our next guests, we appreciate having your room available to us by 11 AM. If something unexpected comes up please ask if we can accomodate a later departure.

Additional Information:

·  There is a maximum accommodation of two persons per room.

·  Children under 10 are welcome when one family or group reserves the B&B rooms. If you are traveling with younger children, please inquire to see if we can accomodate them.

·  No guest pets. We have two resident cats.

·  The Estabrook House is a non-smoking home. 

When calling to inquire or make a reservation, please try to call between 9 AM and 9 PM EST so that we can give full attention to our guests.  You can email your request any time and always receive our full and timely attention.
